Key Employee -Hourly Supervisor

We were recently recognized as a top 100 Brand to watch by QSR magazine.Fat Boys Pizza West Bank / Harvey is hiring a key employee / hourly supervisor position. This position will support the operating partner and management team in helping oversee day to day shift operations. This is an hourly management position at the moment, but could turn into salaried manager in the future. The ideal candidate is professional, well groomed, patient, and has the ability to lead a team and develop relationships with our customers. Must be a brand ambassador at all times for Fat Boys Pizza. Conducting themselves in an appropriate manner at all times. Restaurant experience of some sort is preferred for this position and preferrably leadership type of position.Job Responsibilities Include But Not Limited ToOpening and closing the restaurantWorking various stations including pizza line, expo, ovens or pantry stationSupervising staff and making sure staff is upholding standards of cleanliness, food prep, and guest service.Interacting with guests, problem solving, and resolving and guest issues or concernsAssisting with inventory procedures, ordering, and par level managementsupporting management team in various duties as neededThe Ideal Candidate For This Position Will HaveSome restaurant experience in the fast casual / quick serve environmentSome basic supervisory experience is preferredMinimum of HS graduate level education, college education preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to interact with and lead a diverse group of individuals with servant leadership skillsFlexibility to work nights / weekends and some holidaysReliable transportation to and from workPROFESSIONAL APPEARANCE and Calm demeanor and team player are REQUIREMENTS for this postion.Pay rate for this position is around $15 / hr.
