This position supports service scheduling, dispatch coordination, customer communication, billing administration, permits, and operational support for field teams and Service Managers.Primary ResponsibilitiesCoordinate schedules and service assignments between customers, Service Managers, and field techniciansMaintain dispatch boards and scheduling systems to support daily operationsAnswer incoming service calls and provide excellent customer supportPrepare and process customer invoices and billing documentationAssist with accounts receivable follow-up and collections communicationEnter and track change orders, permits, inspections, and related project documentationCoordinate bonding applications, insurance certificates, lien waivers, and qualification formsSupport purchasing activities, purchase orders, and material returnsProcess weekly technician timesheet reportingEnter and maintain customer information in company software systems including BuildOps and SpectrumSupport Service Managers with operational coordination and customer communicationConduct customer follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction with completed workAssist with continuous improvement efforts and department organizationWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDMinimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support, operations coordination, dispatching, accounting support, or a related roleStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to prioritize work and manage competing deadlinesBasic accounting and mathematical skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and general business software systemsStrong attention to detail and follow-throughPreferred QualificationsExperience in the electrical, construction, or service industryExperience with dispatching or service coordinationExperience with Spectrum, BuildOps, or similar ERP/accounting softwareFamiliarity with job costing, billing, or project coordinationAssociate degree in business administration, accounting, project management, or a related fieldWhy Join Lemberg Electric?Company-Paid BenefitsMedical insurance with prescription coverageDental and vision insuranceEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)Paid time offMileage allowanceLife and AD&D insuranceShort-term and long-term disability coverageEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Identity theft protection subscriptionAdditional Benefits401(k) retirement planSupplemental life insurance optionsCareer growth opportunitiesSupportive and team-oriented cultureStable, long-term employment with a growing companyWork EnvironmentThis position is primarily office-based in Brookfield, WI and involves frequent computer use, phone communication, and coordination with internal teams and customers.
