The ideal candidate is passionate about providing amazing guest service and brings a warm and positive attitude to the Retail team. The Retail Manager engages with guests and staff throughout their shift, which requires the ability to provide direction as well as attentive, caring guest service. The Manager is responsible for a variety of tasks that help support the General Store workflow by working with, training, and supporting the retail team. The Manager also plays a key role in engaging with our guests and enriching the guest's experience.
