Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, or family therapy (telehealth or hybrid) Maintain clinical documentation in line with professional standards (low-burden note system provided) Deliver culturally competent, inclusive, and compassionate care Collaborate with team members, owner, other therapist, etc to ensure quality of services and learning the ins and outs of private practice (if you choose to this is to help those that may want to start their own private practice one day) Option to take on in-person sessions if desired (increased pay available) Compensation Typical annual earnings: $75,000–$85,000 Increased pay opportunities for clinicians offering hybrid (telehealth + in-person) services Can work park time, full time, temporary, evenings, weekends, etc. The schedule is up to you Benefits & Perks W2 employment with stability and benefits 401k matching contributions Continuing education support (CEUs) Low documentation burden: streamlined notes and reliable systems We handle all billing, claims, and resubmissions so you can focus on care, not paperwork Credentialing support: we get you approved with insurance panels Set your own schedule with personalized appointment preferences Telehealth flexibility: provide therapy from your home or office Hybrid option available: demand exists for in-person sessions, with higher pay if you see individuals, couples, or families in person Caseload built for you: steady flow of new clients Mentorship & growth: learn the business side of private practice while building your career and have us help you to grow and learn and build your caseload should you decide to venture into your own private practice. Requirements Active California license as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist Has active NPI number Strong clinical and interpersonal skills Has current and active malpractice insurance (if you currently do not have would be open to obtaining when starting the position) Commitment to professional growth and inclusive, client-centered care Comfort with telehealth platforms; interest in hybrid care a plus but not necessary Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Internship Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Flexible schedule Referral program Work Location: Remote
