Key ResponsibilitiesDraft and schedule participant-facing communications, including announcements and reminders Set up and manage registration forms for webinars and learning programs, tracking attendance and engagement Edit short-form videos and manage a centralized library of livestream recordingsRequired QualificationsBasic video editing skills and familiarity with editing software Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and YouTube Studio Ability to create engaging presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint Familiarity with digital asset management and workflow automation tools Comfort interacting with diverse audiences in a collaborative setting
