This role ensures a welcoming, seamless and professional experience by greeting clients, coordinating hospitality services and providing administrative and logistical support to the a wide variety of team members. The Experience Concierge plays a key role in reinforcing Legato’s commitment to exceptional client service.Direct Reports: NoneMinimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.At least two years of experience in an administrative/hospitality role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Professional demeanor, strong customer service orientation, and attention to detail.Ability to handle multiple priorities calmly and efficiently.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort learning internal systems.Proactive mentality with positive attitude and consistent follow-through.Ability to problem solve and complete tasks with little or no supervision.Responsibilities/Tasks:The Experience Concierge will be expected to follow-through consistently in all efforts and build relationships with advisors and firm staff. Other daily, weekly, and/or monthly tasks may include:Greet and assist clients, guests, and vendors promptly and professionally upon arrival.Coordinate hospitality services, including maintaining the reception area, offering refreshments, and anticipating client needs during visits.Manage check‑in/check‑out processes.Support client meeting preparation by confirming room readiness, organizing materials, and coordinating technology needs.Provide administrative support including scheduling, data entry, and client communication follow‑ups.Respond to client inquiries in person, via phone, or electronically with courtesy and accuracy, escalating as needed.Assist Marketing and Events Team by executing 2+ evening advisor events per month.· Greet and assist guests promptly & professionally upon arrival to the event.Maintain knowledge of Legato’s services to confidently provide basic information and referrals.Adhere to all applicable federal and state employment laws, safety standards, and company policies.Other duties as required.Please send:A detailed cover letter identifying why you are a good fit for this position, as well as why your experience and approach make you the best candidate.Up to date resume.Commitment: In office 8:30am-5pm M-F & scheduled client/company events as necessary Compensation: Starting salary range is $45,000-$55,000.
