Junior Business/Data Analyst

Role Description This is a contract Junior Business/Data Analyst role based in Louisville, KY with the flexibility to work in a hybrid model, allowing some work-from-home options. The role involves data analysis, statistical computations, developing data models, and producing actionable insights to support business decisions. Clear communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders to convey findings and recommendations will be a key component of daily responsibilities. The Junior Analyst will also monitor and assess existing processes and identify potential areas for improvement. Qualifications Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Data Analytics to interpret complex datasets and uncover trends.Knowledge of Statistics and Data Modeling for developing predictive insights and supporting data-driven decision-making.Strong Communication skills to effectively present analysis and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.Detail-oriented mindset and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.Experience with data visualization tools and database systems is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
