*Location:* Fall River, WI
*Pay:* $18/hr starting pay. $2/hr shift premium on 2nd shift. $5/hr shift premium on 3rd shift.
*Schedule: *1st: 5:00am-2:30pm, 2nd: 2:30pm-11:00pm, 3rd: 10:00pm-6:00am
Looking for a hands-on manufacturing job with great benefits and room to grow? Join a team assembling quality components for outdoor power equipment in a clean, air-conditioned facility. Training is provided, so previous assembly experience is helpful but not required!
What You'll Do:
- Assemble parts and components using hand tools, measurements, and templates.
- Check finished assemblies for proper fit, accuracy, and quality.
- Follow production instructions and safety procedures.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
- Work with teammates to meet production goals and maintain quality standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Assembly experience, especially with electrical components or heavy equipment, is a plus — *willing to train the right candidate!*
- Good attention to detail and hand dexterity.
- Ability to follow instructions, work well with a team, and stay organized.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. routinely and up to 55 lbs. occasionally, with frequent standing and walking throughout the shift.
