Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Nurse Practitioner based in Astoria, Oregon. The Nurse Practitioner will provide direct patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for a variety of medical conditions. Responsibilities include conducting physical exams, prescribing treatments, managing diagnostic tests, maintaining accurate patient records, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care. Qualifications Clinical skills including patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and hands-on careExpertise in conducting physical exams, maintaining patient records, and prescribing medicationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and collaborate with a healthcare teamAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesCurrent Nurse Practitioner license in Oregon and active DEA registrationExperience in urgent care or primary care settings is highly desirableBasic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certificationsCommitment to patient-focused care and adherence to ethical medical practices
