The individual in this role will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of designated locations, conducting routine patrols, monitoring surveillance systems, and responding promptly to emergencies. Additional duties include enforcing property rules, reporting incidents, completing required documentation, and collaborating with local authorities or emergency services when necessary. QualificationsProficiency in surveillance, threat detection, and security equipment usageStrong situational awareness and ability to make quick, accurate decisions under pressurePhysical fitness and ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periodsExperience in conflict resolution, de-escalation techniques, and emergency responseFamiliarity with reporting protocols and completing incident documentationRequired: Valid armed security guard license and eligibility to carry a firearmPreferred: Previous experience in protective services, law enforcement, or militaryExcellent communication skills and ability to remain composed in high-stress situationsAvailability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
