Registered Nurse Icu- Prn, DaysA registered nurse implements the nursing process for each patient/resident (pediatric to geriatrics depending on scope of care in the nursing department in which he/she works) assigned to his/her care.Responsibilities:Assesses patient clinical status.Develops a plan of care.Implementation of the nursing plan of care.Evaluation of the effectiveness of the care plan.Communication and validation of patient care information.Requirements:Associate's degree in nursing required.Active Kentucky RN License.Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required.Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required.
