Our spacious 3,000 sq. ft. facility features two dedicated training rooms, outfitted with all-new, premium Pilates equipment. Role Overview Moda Pilates is seeking skilled and motivated Pilates Instructors who bring both professionalism and passion to their teaching. In this role, you’ll guide clients through dynamic, effective, and results-driven classes that focus on strength, alignment, and overall well-being. As a new studio in growth mode, we’re building a team of inspiring instructors who are excited to be part of our journey from the very start. Key Responsibilities Teach fun, motivating, and professional Pilates classes Reformer Provide hands-on guidance, form corrections, and tailored modifications. Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment for clients of all levels. Build lasting connections with clients and contribute to our community culture. Ensure the studio remains clean, organized, and class-ready. Participate in team meetings and ongoing development opportunities. Qualifications Certified Pilates Instructor (Reformer certification required). Minimum 2 years of experience Previous teaching experience in group or private settings. CPR/AED certified (or willingness to obtain). Strong communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills. Professional, reliable, and team-oriented.
