Commercial Construction Estimator Direct Hire Tampa, FL TempExperts is hiring for a Commercial Construction Estimator-for a General Contractor- This is a Direct Hire Opportunity in Tampa, FL. This is a full-time schedule, on-site position. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years verifiable experience collaborating with a General Contractor. Essential Job Functions: Strong verbal communication skills, including strong phone communication skills with subcontractors, suppliers, design team and clients. Understanding the needs of customers and proposing appropriate solutions based on the company's product offerings. Participate in budget reviews. Review construction drawings. Assist with project design and cost control. Experience with computer programs including Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum 3-5 years verifiable experience collaborating with a General Contractor.
