*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Residential Manager to oversee operations in a female recovery home setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in caregiving, medication administration, and behavior management within long-term care facilities. *Responsibilities* - Manage day-to-day operations of the residential facility - Oversee staff and ensure quality care for residents - Administer medications and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) - Implement behavior management strategies *Requirements* - Proficiency in medication administration and caregiving practices - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
