The role involves working collaboratively to ensure optimal nutrition for patients.Responsibilities:Assess patient nutritional needs and diet restrictions.Develop and document care plans using the Meditech system.Educate patients and families about nutritional issues.Consult with physicians and health care personnel regarding patient diet.Requirements:Registered with CDR, medical license in the state of GA.Bachelor's degree from an accredited dietetic program.Preferably 1 year or greater of experience, critical care experience preferred.CNSC preferred.
