Entry-Level Maintenance Tech

Adams Manufacturing, part of the Keter North America group is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal operation and functionality. This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in maintenance, providing hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.Responsibilities:Assist in the routine maintenance and repair of production equipment and machinery.Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify equipment issues.Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed.Support senior maintenance technicians in machinery installations and upgrades.Keep the maintenance area organized and ensure compliance with safety regulations.Participate in preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability.Hours for this position are 7am - 7pm (12-hour shifts). Rotating schedule - 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off; working 15 days total/month. Every other weekend off.Pay starts at $22/hourRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent.No prior experience required; however, any relevant coursework or certification in maintenance or repair is a plus.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions carefully.Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge is preferred.Must be able to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
