Salary: $60,000 - $70,000Overview:Gillis Sales is a direct partner to Results Oriented Hospitality Management Group (ROHM). The On-Property Director of Sales will be employed by ROHM with a salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 per year.Job Summary:The Hotel Director of Sales is responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize hotel revenue, occupancy, and market share. This role plays a critical part in guest satisfaction by coordinating group bookings, corporate accounts, and promotional initiatives that enhance the guest experience and encourage repeat visits.The Sales Director also supports the hotels revenue goals by identifying sales opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting services and amenities to new and returning guests.Work Location: In personHampton Inn & Suites Alpharetta Roswell10740 Westside Way, Alpharetta, GA 30009Key Responsibilities:Sales & Revenue Generation:Identify and secure new corporate, group, and leisure accountsMaintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to drive repeat businessCollaborate with marketing to create promotional packages, seasonal campaigns, and advertising initiativesMonitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategyGuest Experience & Satisfaction:Coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, and operations to ensure client expectations are metSupport VIP, group, and corporate guests to create memorable experiencesIdentify opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction through tailored services and packagesTeam Leadership & Collaboration:Coach and support the sales team to meet revenue goalsCollaborate with operations, front desk, and F&B to execute events and group bookingsCommunicate effectively with management regarding sales pipeline, forecasts, and client feedbackReporting & Administration:Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports for managementMaintain organized client records and sales documentationImplement corporate and management sales directivesCompetencies:Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsCustomer service orientation and relationship-building abilitiesStrategic thinking and market awarenessLeadership and team management skillsProfessionalism, reliability, and results-driven mindsetQualifications:Education:Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferredExperience:35 years of hotel or hospitality sales experienceProven track record in account management, revenue growth, or corporate salesPhysical Requirements:Ability to travel for client visits, meetings, and eventsAbility to work flexible hours as neededAdditional Expectations:Maintain professional appearance and positive attitudeAttend industry networking events, trade shows, and client meetingsTake ownership of sales targets and revenue goalsPerform additional duties as assigned by managementImpact on Guest Satisfaction & Repeat Business:The Sales Director drives business growth and guest satisfaction by ensuring clients expectations are met and exceeded.
