We are dedicated to setting a new standard in dog well-being and grooming services.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager, based in Spanish Fork, UT. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and lead a team to meet business goals. Responsibilities include staff management, scheduling, inventory control, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and implementing policies and procedures. The role also involves analyzing business metrics, ensuring quality standards for grooming services, and fostering a positive culture focused on teamwork and customer satisfaction.QualificationsStrong leadership, team management, and organizational skillsExperience with sales, customer service and building client relationshipsKnowledge in working with dogsAbility to analyze KPIs and implement procedural improvementsExcellent communication and conflict resolution skillsPassion for animal well-being and familiarity with pet care best practices (preferred)Prior management or supervisory experience, particularly in retail or service-oriented industriesFlexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends
