Programme Test Manager - Remote - Inside IR35

My client are seeking an experiencedProgramme Test Managerto lead the mobilisation and planning of testing across complex public‐sector programmes. This role is well suited to a hands‐on testing leader with a proven background in large‐scale, multi‐supplier environments and the ability to operate confidently across multiple stakeholders. Remote with ad hoc travel The RoleYou will be responsible for leading the end‐to‐end testing strategy across a complex programme, ensuring robust planning, execution, governance and reporting throughout the delivery lifecycle. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the preparation, execution and reporting ofmanual and automated testing Lead and coordinatebusiness and technical teamsto ensure timely analysis and resolution of defects Build and manage thetest resource profile Onboard and embed appropriatetest tools Produce clear, high‐qualitytest reporting and analysis , both in written format and in governance forums Forecastdefect trends and test execution progress Ensure internal and external suppliers maximisetest coverageahead of integration testing Operate effectively within amulti‐supplier, multi‐stakeholderenvironment Proven,hands‐on experiencemanaging testing onlarge public‐sector programmes Strong experience working incomplex multi‐supplier and multi‐stakeholder environments Clear evidence within your CV of: Leading testing in similar environments The tangible value you personally delivered in those roles Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Must hold or be eligible for SC Clearance Experience withToscaor similar test automation tools#J-18808-Ljbffr
