Content & Account Coordinator
Socialike is looking for a Content & Account Coordinator to support both our creative and account teams.You will be involved in content creation, light design work, and day-to-day account execution. You’ll be working closely with our Creative Lead and Account Managers to help bring campaigns to life and keep everything running smoothly.We are looking for someone who is organized, creative, and active on social media. Someone who enjoys doing a little bit of everything and takes pride in executing at a high level.What You’ll DoThis role is a mix of creative and operational work. Rough breakdown:60% account support25% content creation15% creative / graphics supportAccount SupportSchedule and publish content across platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.)Manage daily community engagement (comments, DMs, tags)Assist with pulling reports and organizing performance dataWork with Account Managers to identify trends and insightsHelp keep projects organized and moving forward across clientsContent Creation (UGC)Create short-form video content for social (both on-camera and off-camera)Shoot and edit UGC-style content for brands across CPG and petCapture retailer support content when needed (in-store, product-focused, lifestyle)Stay on top of social trends and bring ideas to the teamCreative SupportAssist with light graphic design (social posts, decks, presentations)Work under our Creative Lead to execute conceptsHelp prepare content for client approvals and postingWhat We’re Looking ForActive on social media and understands what performs (this matters more than formal experience)Comfortable creating short-form video content (on-camera is a plus, not required)Basic editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)Light experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)Highly organized and detail-orientedStrong communication skills and ability to work within a teamComfortable juggling multiple clients and tasks at onceSomeone who enjoys executing and getting things doneNice To Have (but Not Required)Experience with Meta Business Suite or TikTok posting toolsAgency experienceExperience working with CPG or pet brandsFirst 90 DaysMonth 1Learn our systems, clients, and workflowsGet comfortable with tools and communication styleMonths 2–3Start owning scheduling, community management, and reporting supportBegin contributing content and creative support across accountsWork seamlessly with account and creative teamsWhat This Role Is NotThis is not an influencer roleThis is not a strategy-only roleThis is a hands-on execution role with creative exposureDetailsRemote positionMonday through Thursday work scheduleDay-to-day collaboration with a tight-knit teamWork across multiple better-for-you CPG and pet brandsWhy This Role MattersAt Socialike, everything connects back to social.
