This individual will provide continued build and technical support as it relates to post-implementation activities.Skillset:Epic Beaker AP certification (active and in good standing)5+ years of hands-on Epic Beaker experience encompassing build, testing, and workflow designDeep understanding of laboratory pathology operations in large healthcare environmentsExcellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skillsPrior experience with Histology workflowsSelf-starter, able to manage multiple priorities independentlyResponsibilities:Provide post-implementation support with a focus on complex build activitiesConfigure and design lab workflows spanning specimen tracking, case accessioning, grossing, histology, pathology reporting, and result deliveryDeliver ongoing technical support, troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and implement system enhancementsEnsure seamless integration with AP and 3rd-party lab systemsOversee system testing, validation, and manage change support; participating in governance meetings and delivering leadership updates
