The Design Leader will oversee and manage end-to-end design projects, blending creative vision with strategic execution to meet client requirements. Responsibilities include developing innovative design concepts, collaborating with project teams, managing design timelines, and ensuring alignment with the company’s quality standards. The role will also involve mentoring junior designers, participating in client meetings, and staying updated with industry trends and best practices.QualificationsProficiency in Space Planning, Interior Design, and Furniture Furnishing & Equipment (FF&E).Expertise in Design Fundamentals, Creative Concept Development, and Visual Merchandising.Strong skills in Project Management and Timeline Planning.Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain quality across all aspects of a project.A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.8+ years of experience in design leadership or a senior design role.
