Marketing Associate - CONTRACT

About the CompanyThis position is an associate level position that will require strong skills in communication, content collaboration, organization, problem solving, project management and analytics. This person will be responsible for one or more of the following work streams.About the RoleThis role may include, but is not limited to the following activities:ResponsibilitiesDevelopment of patient-facing medical education events (both in-person and virtual)Day to Day marketing operations, analysis, and reportingLead Community Health Talk program, supporting field team & customers with logistics, promotion, materials and patient ambassadors in order to enable successful events, assisting with patient education for local communitiesLead Hospital Marketing program to ensure customers receive up to date assets to assist with increasing Inspire therapy education to patient communityAssisting with all website CHT elements including approval of new requests, de-activating completed events, managing registration numbers.Tracking Monthly CHT EventsCoordinating with Sales field in assisting with CHT requests/trainingsProviding post registration listScheduling trainings for the fieldCreating new educational tools/videos to share with sales fieldShare best in class data and toolsCHT Customer Journeys maintenance & enhancementsEmail auditsEmail Creation Utilizing TemplatesA/B TestingWork with Marketing data analyst on metrics to build dashboards to collect data from CRM, G4, MetaConduct marketing operations in digital, print and other educational formats (design team).Paid social Media content working with (external agencies/vendors) including brand, social and UX/graphic team to update local and national CHTs creative as neededMediums/channels may include:Paid Social Media channels and other digital marketing opportunities.Website content with internal and external agenciesSocial media with internal and external agenciesCollaborate with UX internal designer and/or graphics designerDirect to patient and direct to physician CHT materialsHospital Marketing execute to ensure assets we provide to any and all interested customers meets their needs and are kept up-to-date (brand, regulatory, and otherwise) assisting to increase patient pipelinesComplete all Inspire AssurX, Learning Line and Quality training as requested within required timelines. QualificationsEducational Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management or related fieldRequired Experience:3+ years of relevant experience required.High impact communication skills and ability to simplify complex ideasAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentProficient with Microsoft Office SuitesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize, execute and report on projects.Ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently with changing priorities.Knowledge of marketing-related business practices, including lead nurturing, market research, technology, and budgeting (Print, creative, and social media budget)Preferred Experience:Experience with healthcare and/or educational eventsExperience in a regulated industry (ex.
