AI Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Work at the forefront of Machine Learning and AI, applying Generative AI algorithms to solve real-world problems.• Design, evangelize, implement, and scale AI/ML solutions to meet customer technical requirements and business objectives.• Architect complex, scalable, and secure machine learning solutions tailored to specific customer needs.• Develop proof-of-concepts, assess data infrastructure, and propose effective strategies for implementing AI solutions at scale.• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-value use cases, gather requirements, and implement machine learning and generative AI solutions.• Act as a trusted advisor to customers on the latest advancements in AI/ML and innovative approaches.What You'll Need• Bachelor's degree or above in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).• Experience in professional software engineering and best practices for the full software development lifecycle.• 3+ years of experience with machine learning/statistical modeling data analysis tools and techniques.• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above.• Experience with Python, SQL/NoSQL, and API development for building and deploying AI/ML solutions.• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and generative AI frameworks.What's On Offer• Competitive annual salary ($131,300 - $177,600) plus potential for sign-on payments and stock units.• Opportunity to work with a global team of experts on enterprise cloud computing initiatives.• Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.• Access to extensive knowledge-sharing, mentorship, and career-advancing resources.Apply via Haystack today!
