Machine Operator

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. On-the-job training is required to be able to perform duties Manufacturing production machinery experience required, including ability to operate block machine, cuber, loader, unloader, kiln systems and any other equipment required to perform duties Mechanically inclined with knowledge of basic hand tools and their proper use Demonstrate clear verbal communication skills Demonstrates ability to coach, train and lead others Requires basic reading, writing and mathematical skills Predictable and Regular attendance is required.
