As a vital part of the global Davies Group, we help businesses navigate risk, optimize operations, and spearhead transformation in the insurance and regulated sectors.Davies Claims North America is looking for an experienced Claims Representative II to handle managing, investigating, and resolving of serious claims involving minor property damage and complex bodily injury claims filed against the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA). Reporting to the MTA Claims Supervisor and/or other designated officials, you will manage a caseload of approximately 150 individual case files, some with multiple claimants, arising from MTA operations.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high-level attention to detail, display superb problem-solving skills, and exhibit discretion with sensitive and confidential information. You must have a high school diploma or possess a high school equivalency certificate, and must have at least two years of experience investigating, settling, and handling automobile property damage, bodily injury, and general liability claims.
