Our development programs are also delivering thousands of new rental homes and apartments as part of our commitment to help solve the housing supply shortage.Job DescriptionThe Product Marketing Manager drives the marketing presentation of Tricon's single-family rental homes and neighborhoods across every digital and physical surface. This role partners closely with Operations, Business Intelligence, Digital Strategy, Narrative, and Design to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across a distributed portfolio. The ideal candidate brings a careful eye, strong follow-through, and the discipline to hold a brand standard across every channel, every market, every day.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein. Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required as deemed necessary by supervisory personnel.Channel Monitoring & Listing QualityMonitor Tricon's community listings across all active channels, including ILS partner websites, the Tricon website, and AI-powered discovery platformsIdentify presentation gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities; coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them quicklyStay current on how AI-powered search and discovery surfaces residential listingsAsset Coordination & Brand ConsistencyBrief and manage external vendors and creative professionals to produce photography, video, virtual tours, floor plans, site plans, and copy for each communityManage vendor timelines, review deliverables against brand standards, and ensure assets are live and accurate across all channelsCommunity Positioning & MessagingPartner with the Narrative team to develop and execute positioning for individual communities and market clustersSynthesize local market knowledge, channel insight, and resident behavior data to inform messagingIn-Person Presentation StandardsPartner with Operations to uphold physical presentation standards across curb appeal, signage, flyers, model homes, and shared spacesConduct regular field visits to assess execution quality and close gaps between the digital and in-person experienceCampaign Execution & PerformanceExecute marketing campaigns tied to community openings, lease-up cycles, and seasonal demand in coordination with the Digital Strategy teamTrack and report on performance metrics including traffic, conversion, and cost-per-leadTools and SystemsManage multiple concurrent workstreams using Airtable or equivalent project management platformsMaintain structured timelines, shared workflows, and clear cross-functional handoffsQualificationsExperience coordinating creative work across internal teams and external vendorsFamiliarity with how AI-powered platforms surface and rank residential listingsBackground in proptech, hospitality, retail, or consumer brand preferredProficiency in Airtable or similar project management toolsStrong written and verbal communication skills; able to brief clearly and give actionable feedbackHighly organized with the ability to manage detail across a complex, distributed portfolioComfortable with ambiguity and capable of recalibrating quickly when priorities shiftWilling and able to travel regularly across US marketsMinimum Requirements3–6 years of marketing experience with a demonstrated track record of high-quality execution across digital channelsPhysical Demands:The physical demands below describe activities that are generally required to perform the essential functions of this role, with or without reasonable accommodation.Sitting/standing/movement: This role primarily involves seated work and computer use, with periodic standing and walking throughout the workday.Communication: Must be able to communicate effectively with coworkers, residents/clients, and vendors and to receive and convey information in a timely manner.Hand/arm use and upper-body activity: Regular use of hands and fingers for tasks such as keyboarding, operating office equipment, handling materials, and reaching for items.Posture and positioning: Occasionally require bending/stooping, kneeling, or crouching to access files, materials, or equipment.Lifting/carrying: Occasionally lift and/or move items up to 10 pounds.Vision: Must be able to perform work requiring close vision, distance vision, and depth perception, such as reading screens/documents and navigating the work environment.Salary RangePlacement within this compensation range will be determined by the candidate's knowledge, experience and skills.$89,680.00 - $149,460.00At Tricon, we are committed to creating a workplace where every individual is valued for their unique contributions, experiences, voices, and backgrounds.
