Marketing Coordinator
HB McClure is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help strengthen our brand presence, digital visibility, and overall marketing efforts across our commercial divisions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creative, hands-on marketing work and wants the opportunity to make a visible impact on how a long-standing company presents itself in the market. From updating website content and modernizing messaging to developing social media content and highlighting customer success stories, this role will help shape how HB McClure is seen both online and in the communities we serve. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external marketing partners to support brand awareness, company visibility, and marketing consistency across the organization.What You’ll DoMaintain and update company website content to ensure information remains current, relevant, and aligned with business prioritiesCollaborate with external vendors and partners on larger website enhancements and future site improvement initiativesSupport efforts to modernize and strengthen brand messaging across all divisionsDevelop marketing materials including case studies, testimonials, brochures, and capabilities statementsGather and highlight customer success stories and project examplesManage and grow the company’s social media presence and engagementCoordinate trade shows, sponsorships, and networking eventsPartner with internal teams to support overall company visibility and marketing effortsAssist with marketing information and materials needed for client prequalification packagesWhat We’re Looking For3–6+ years of B2B marketing experience preferredExperience with website content management, social media, branding, or digital marketing initiativesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities independentlyComfortable collaborating with different departments and external vendorsExperience in construction, mechanical contracting, or related industries is a plusProficiency with Microsoft Office and standard marketing platforms/toolsAbility to read, write, speak, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job duties effectivelySuccessful completion of pre-employment background and drug screeningsWhy HB McClure?HB McClure is a 100% employee-owned company with more than 100 years of experience serving commercial and industrial clients throughout Central PA and Northern MD.
