Position Overview:This role is an onsite full-time role in our Chicaog office located in the loop and is responsible for guiding projects from initiation to completion, overseeing and communicating all project aspects, including budget, timelines, and team coordination. The ideal candidate will possess robust interpersonal abilities and keen attention to detail, enabling seamless communication with internal teams and customer engagement. This position is pivotal in harmonizing the human and technical components of projects, while also managing resources and addressing challenges as they arise. Responsibilities Develop timelines, budget, teams and plan for given company product initiatives Anticipate and solve any problems related to the program Facilitate communication between relevant teams Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service Build productive and trusting relationships with clients Attend both virtual and face to face meetings with existing clients and prospects Ability to work and understand a modern workplace Proven negotiation skills with proposals and contracts Provide continuous, excellent customer service to client base Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration or Marketing preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Strong communication, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills Experience in Microsoft Business Applications is preferred Benefits: Market Competitive Salary Package Medical & Dental Insurance Individual Performance Bonus PTO
