The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, lead business planning processes, manage budgets, and optimize financial performance. The role includes implementing strategic initiatives, driving operational excellence, and ensuring effective management practices to achieve organizational growth. Collaboration with other executives and leadership teams to align goals and support company objectives is a key component of this role.QualificationsExperience and expertise in Business Planning, including developing strategic plans and managing organizational priorities.Proficiency in Operations Management and implementing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Strong Analytical Skills for analyzing data and making informed, evidence-based decisions.Knowledge of Finance and Budgeting, including the ability to manage budgets, financial forecasting, and resource allocation effectively.Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational growth.Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.Experience in public relations or professional services industries is an added advantage.
