We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to operate and maintain brewing equipment, ensuring the consistency and excellence of our products from start to finish. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing company committed to quality, innovation, and sustainability.Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain all brewing, cellaring, packaging, and racking equipment efficiently and safely. Execute the entire brewing process, including milling, mashing, lautering, wort boiling, and transferring to fermenters. Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality in production. Monitor and evaluate yeast health, pitch rates, and fermentation progress. Manage inventory levels of raw materials and supplies, ensuring timely replenishment. Track and record critical parameters such as gravities, temperatures, and carbonation levels throughout the brewing process. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all equipment and work areas in compliance with safety standards. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly. Assist in quality control checks and sensory evaluations to uphold product standards.Skills And Qualifications Proven experience in brewing, cellaring, or related beverage production roles. Strong understanding of brewing processes, equipment, and safety protocols. Ability to monitor and interpret process parameters such as gravity, temperature, and carbonation. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team. Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, standing for extended periods, and operating heavy equipment. Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards in a brewing environment.
