Lease-Up Property Manager

Lead a Brand-New Class A Community from Day One The Martino Group is seeking a highly driven, entrepreneurial Property Manager to lead the full lease-up and stabilization of a brand-new Class A apartment community. This is not a maintenance role. This is not a "keep things running" position. This is a ground-floor leadership opportunity to take a luxury asset from first unit delivered to stabilized performance and build a top-performing community in one of North Texas' fastest-growing submarkets.
