Pre-Litigation Paralegal - Personal Injury Open and manage new personal injury files from intake through pre-suit resolutionHandle all aspects of liability, UM/UIM, MedPay, and property damage claims with insurance carriersManage property damage claims from first notice through final settlementRequest, track, and organize medical records, bills, and lien information from providers, hospitals, and insurersDraft and assemble demand packages, including damages summaries and supporting documentationCommunicate regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and lienholdersMaintain case management systems, deadlines, and statute of limitations trackingSupport attorneys in evaluating cases and preparing files for potential litigationWhat We're Looking For: Prior experience as a personal injury paralegal (plaintiff-side strongly preferred)Solid understanding of pre-litigation workflow, insurance claims, and medical records managementStrong organizational skills and ability to manage a high-volume caseloadClear, professional communication skills with clients and third partiesProficiency with case management software and Microsoft OfficeBilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
