Program Manager Tech 2
Our client, a leading organization in the technology and supply chain sector, is seeking a Program Manager Tech 2 to join their team. This role is essentially a Program/Project Manager focused on supply chain systems implementation, supporting a major initiative to move teams away from manual Excel-based planning into a centralized planning platform using SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning). The person in this role will help coordinate cross-functional teams, manage UAT (User Acceptance Testing), track project milestones, resolve blockers, and keep implementation activities moving on schedule. It’s a mix of project coordination, stakeholder management, and operational problem solving.Job Title: Program Manager Tech 2Location: RemotePay Range: $45/hr - $50/hrWhat's the Job?Lead the implementation of centralized supply chain planning systems, specifically SAP IBP, replacing manual processes and unifying data sources. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within scope. Develop and manage project schedules, providing regular status updates and issue resolution. Create functional specifications, requirements, and scope documents to guide project execution. Interface with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and project success. What's Needed?Proven experience in program or project management within supply chain or related fields. Strong understanding of system implementation, particularly SAP IBP or similar platforms. Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
