Mental Health Case Manager - Therapist

Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with mission, values and mercy service standards.QualificationsPosition Details:Education: Master's degree required in Social Work, Counseling or other human-service related field.Licensure: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Missouri required. Only a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is accepted at Mercy Hospital Perry.Experience: Minimum 2-3 years Behavioral Health experience preferred.Preferred Other: Co-worker must be able to communicate orally, in writing and demonstrate proficient computer skills.
