IT Operations Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Infrastructure Engineer to join our Platform Operations Team. This role is pivotal in managing and evolving our enterprise platforms, ensuring robust performance, security, and scalability across our infrastructure.The ideal candidate will bring expertise in cloud and network technologies, with a strong focus on operational excellence, change management, and documentation.About the roleThe Platform Operations Team plays a critical role in maintaining and advancing CFC’s core technology infrastructure. In this role, you will work across a broad range of enterprise technologies to ensure stability, performance, and continuous improvement of our platforms. Key areas of responsibility include:Network architecture and operations across LAN, WAN, and Wi‑Fi environmentsProvisioning and supporting hybrid infrastructure (on‑premises, cloud, and mixed environments)Server and storage managementAdministration of virtualization and containerization platformsOperating system patching and lifecycle managementManaging backup and restore servicesSupporting disaster recovery and business continuity planning (BCP)Delivering secure remote access and VPN servicesThis role is central to ensuring our systems remain secure, resilient, and scalable as CFC continues to grow.About youYou are an experienced infrastructure or platform engineer with strong hands‑on technical capability and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach. You bring a solid foundation in core infrastructure technologies and thrive in environments where reliability and quality matter.Required experience & skills:Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft AzureSolid background in network technologiesProficiency with change management frameworks and best practicesExcellent technical documentation skills and exceptional attention to detailStrong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a proactive mindsetExperience with NetApp storage solutionsExperience with Cato Networks secure SD‑WAN and cloud‑based network securityKnowledge of ITIL or similar service management frameworks
