We’re seeking a Senior Director, Channel Sales to lead our pharmacy, dealer, and distribution strategy, forging partnerships that make life-changing technologies more accessible to people living with diabetes.This role offers the opportunity to define the vision, build the strategy, and lead the team that will shape how MiniMed engages with pharmacies, wholesalers, dealers, and other trade partners— driving revenue, market share growth, and enhancing the patient experience while ensuring seamless access to our therapies.You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with partners, including pharmacy processing, field and inside sales, marketing, training, and commercial excellence, to drive growth and establish MiniMed as the trusted partner for channel accounts. You’ll lead the charge in growing MiniMed’s full stack of diabetes products by building and managing an account sales team to maximize revenue, market share, and market penetration.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.Establish the vision and strategic framework to deliver channel revenue, margin, and market share goals with dealers, wholesalers, and other distribution partners, including creation of standard operating processesLead and develop MiniMed’s overarching channel strategy to expand the business, strengthen patient connectivity and enhance the overall care experience.Foster an entrepreneurial culture within the team, inspiring innovation and creative problem-solving. Hire, lead, and develop an account sales team, ensuring they’re aligned with MiniMed’s strategic goals and equipped to drive success. Drive launch excellence across all strategic channels by ensuring readiness across diverse stakeholders for both new product launches and in-market portfolio.Support ongoing portfolio growth by identifying co-marketing and partnership opportunities to drive awareness and adoption of MiniMed productsPartner with Market Access leadership to anticipate and address policy and payer changes impacting patient access.In collaboration with Commercial Excellence, Strategic Pricing, and IT, create data-driven dashboards and analytics tools to synthesize complex channel data into actionable insights for decision-making, forecasting, and performance measurement.Build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships across commercial, finance, customer service, pharmacy operations, operations, and market access.Lead and expand MiniMed’s external relationships with retail pharmacies, dealers, wholesalers, vendors, and other strategic channel partners.Stay ahead of the competition by leading market development initiatives, conducting competitive analysis, and refining strategies based on insights. Coach, mentor, and develop team members, fostering an inclusive culture of innovation, growth, and professional development.Must Have: Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, Health Administration, or related field15+ years of healthcare sales experience, including 10+ years in account sales leadershipOr, advanced degree and 13+ years of experience and 10+ years of leadership experiencePreferred QualificationsEstablished relationships with wholesalers, dealers, retail chains, and independent pharmacies preferred.Expertise in sales forecasting, strategy development, and market expansion. PR) locations (USD):$178,000.00 - $302,000.00The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).This position is eligible for an annual long-term incentive plan.At MiniMed, we are committed to supporting the well-being and financial security of our employees.
