We are looking for energetic and friendly people who enjoy working on various home improvement and maintenance projects such as fence, deck, and siding repairs, flooring, drywall, carpentry, painting, etc. and are willing to learn and work hard for our customers.RESPONSIBILITIES:Completing handyman and home improvement projects such as repairs, flooring, drywall, carpentry, caulking, painting, minor plumbing and electrical work, etc.Organizing, planning, and managing equipment, tools, and supplies, required to complete daily tasks Working face to face with clients to provide exceptional customer service in a safe and quality mannerRepresenting House Doctors in the local community, and networking with potential customers as needs arisePicking up, loading / unloading, delivering, moving, and disposing of materials, supplies, tools, and equipmentSKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:3+ years of construction, handyman, and / or project estimating experienceHands-on experience with a knowledge of the principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies used in the handyman and construction industry Ability to learn and operate basic computer programs and systems Friendly personality and commitment to great customer service and communicationA strong work ethic and highly dependable to show up everyday on time and ready to complete your work in a timely, safe, responsible, and quality fashionAble to safely perform physical labor work including bending, occasionally lifting (50+ lbs), and handling tools, materials, and equipmentValid driver's licenseMaintenance Technician, General Maintenance Technician, General Laborer, Technician, Carpenter, Tradesmen, Craftsman, Pressure Washer, Painter, Landscaper, Roof Repairs, Apprentice, General Contractor, Home Improvement
