Outpatient Physical TherapistThe Outpatient Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating assigned patients and developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans according to patient needs, goals, and physician direction. This role includes delegating and directing therapy services, ensuring effective treatment programs for the return to community activities, and serving as an educator for patients and their families. The therapist will uphold the organization's Mission Statement and Core Values, adhere to compliance standards, and promote safety in patient care.ResponsibilitiesComplete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients.Utilize clinical reasoning to develop appropriate treatment plans and goals.Document medical records in a clear, concise, and timely manner.Provide care under valid physician orders and insurance guidelines.Participate in the student program and provide supervision and evaluations for students.Develop and pursue a professional development plan with clinical management.Maintain professional licensure and complete continuing education requirements.Understand and participate in organizational performance improvement initiatives.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureDegree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.Current CPR certification.Active licensure for the state where work will be performed.ScheduleThis is a 13-week contract position with a 5x8.0 shift schedule.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
