You will focus on platform capabilities, integrations, and configurations required to support large‑scale device programs across countries, channels, and partners, working closely with engineering teams through agile delivery.You will be responsible for…Shaping and execute the DP SaaS platform roadmap for a high‑volume telco environment, focusing on scalability, configuration, and reuseTranslating business and partner needs into functional and technical requirements, user stories, workflows, and data mappings for a SaaS platformDefining and document APIs, system integrations, data flows, and platform configuration models (e.g. device catalogues, pricing logic, coverage rules)Owning and maintaining platform backlogs, supporting sprint planning, dependency management, and release coordinationSupporting UAT and production readiness, ensuring functional and non‑functional requirements (performance, reliability, scalability) are metCollaborating with architecture, DevOps, and operations to support platform stability, monitoring, and incident resolutionTracking and managing defects, enhancements, and technical debt across the DP platform lifecycleFor you to be successful……we expect you to be able to demonstrate the following key competencies:ImpactfulThrives in a fast faced dynamic environment that can quickly adapt and flex their approach in response to changes in the strategic and/or operational direction of the organizationProactively understands and removes roadblocks to enable others.
