They operate at high velocity, move quickly, and are scaling their go-to-market team significantly through 2026.The OpportunityThis role is for a high-output Commercial AE who thrives in high-volume, high-velocity sales motions. You'll run a full-cycle process, manage a busy pipeline, and operate with strong ownership in a rapidly evolving environment. Success looks like consistently driving urgency, moving deals forward, and adapting quickly as the product and playbook continue to mature.ResponsibilitiesOwn a full-cycle commercial sales process: prospecting, discovery, demo, evaluation, negotiation, and closeManage a high volume pipeline while maintaining strong forecasting disciplineDrive outbound activity directly and/or partner closely with SDRs to generate pipelineBuild urgency and move opportunities forward in short, high-velocity deal cyclesMaintain strong CRM hygiene and provide clear pipeline updatesCollaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, Product, Solutions/Implementation) to win and retain customersContribute feedback to improve messaging, process, and sales playbooks as the team scalesRequirements~5 years of Account Executive experience (or equivalent closing experience) in a high-velocity environmentDemonstrated success managing high volume pipeline and shorter, faster deal cyclesExperience running outbound motions independently and/or working effectively with SDR supportComfortable operating in ambiguity; strong "owner" mentality with coachability and adaptabilityStrong communication skills, structured deal management, and consistent follow-throughAbility to work effectively in a remote-first organization
