Emergency Medicine - Physician

As an (Emergency Medicine) Physician you will: - Provide emergency care to individuals ranging from pediatric to adult. - Provide direct patient care and performs advanced diagnostic and life-saving treatment procedures. - Perform patient assessments and diagnosis using patient history and physical examination and a variety of diagnostic modalities, labs, diagnostic imaging, etc. to formulate a plan of care. - Provide treatment and management of both emergent and non-emergent conditions. - Collaborate with other members of the medical team. - Provide leadership to the emergency department team during a shift and/or during resuscitation procedures. - Set clear goals of treatment, provide updates regarding the course of care as necessary, and provide discharge instructions. - Clinically managing the ED in times of mass casualties and other disasters/codes. Performs other duties as assigned.
