METAL STAMPING TECH 2 OPERATOR 2nd SHIFT POSITION SUMMARY Metal Stamping Tech 2 operates (setup a plus) part in part out, transfer line presses (80 Ton, 60 Ton, 45 ton) Metal Stamping Tech 2 operator inspects in-process production metal stamping. Metal Stamping Tech 2 operator works with single stage dies in a cell to produce magazine tubes from blanks. Metal Stamping Tech 2 operator documents actual findings utilizing Check-Mate Manufacturing forms. Metal Stamping Tech 2 operator performs visual Inspection of welded components for defects and cosmetic issues. Metal Stamping Tech 2 operator maintains work flow with no or minimum interruptions. Metal Stamping Tech 2 operator utilizes Micrometers, Calipers, Drop Gages and Dial Indicators. Metal Stamping Tech 2 operator performs set-up inspections and approval for generic production items. Metal Stamping Tech 2 operator is responsible for cleanliness and orderliness of work environment. Metal Stamping Tech 2 operator promotes team work and willingness to help others.
