Position OverviewWe are seeking a senior Python Developer to design and build secure, scalable automation and data extraction solutions across complex websites, authenticated portals, and AWS-based environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop Python-based scraping and browser automation workflows.Automate data extraction from JavaScript-heavy websites, secured portals, APIs, and external sources.Deploy and manage serverless scraping workloads using AWS services.Build reliable processes with logging, retries, error handling, and secure credential management.Support architecture, tooling decisions, and automation best practices.Required Qualifications10+ years of Python development experience focused on automation and data extraction.Hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, Scrapy, BeautifulSoup, or similar scraping tools.Experience with MFA, secured portals, session handling, cookies, tokens, or CAPTCHA-related workflows.Strong AWS experience with services such as Lambda, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager, or Step Functions.Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.Experience with authentication flows, web protocols, APIs, JSON/XML, and data transformation.Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, infrastructure as code, or workflow orchestration tools.Preferred QualificationsExperience extracting data from enterprise or regulated portals.Background in data engineering, ETL, or pipeline orchestration.Exposure to Python testing frameworks.Why Join This TeamThis role supports the development of secure, scalable automation solutions for complex data extraction workflows in a cloud-based environment.
