Job descriptionFull-Time Sales/Customer Service Attendant (Earn Hourly Pay + Service-Based Commissions) PDQ Car Wash is hiring Full-Time Customer Service/Sales Attendants who enjoy working with people and helping customers choose the best car wash options for their needs. We are looking for positive, confident team members who take pride in delivering honest recommendations and a great customer experience. What You'll Do: • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner • Listen to customer needs and explain available wash services • Help customers choose savings options that fit their vehicle and budget • Answer questions and provide clear, accurate information • Stay active and engaged in a fast-paced environment This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people and feels comfortable making helpful recommendations - without high-pressure tactics. Pay & Earning Potential: • Starting at $14.00 per hour • PLUS commission pay ($2 to $10) for helping customers enroll in wash plans to fit their needs • Get paid WEEKLY!
