Work You’ll Do As a Project Delivery Senior Analyst on the project, you will: Design and build ServiceNow solutions as a developer, translating requirements into scalable configurations and custom developmentOwn technical architecture decisions for assigned modules/applications, ensuring performance, maintainability, and alignment with platform best practices and governanceImplement usability and accessibility standards within ServiceNow and guide the team on these practicesManage and support multi-environment delivery (Dev/QA/UAT/Prod), including packaging, versioning, and controlled promotion via Application Repository and approved manual updatesEstablish and enforce SDLC quality controls, including code reviews, unit/integration testing, ATF (Automated Test Framework) where applicable, and release readiness criteriaTroubleshoot complex platform issues and drive root-cause fixes with clear documentationCollaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to refine requirements, estimate effort, and deliver on sprint/release commitments The Team Deloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice – our people, ideas, technology and outcomes – is designed for impact.
