Security Site Supervisor | $22-$25

Essential FunctionsSupervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other assigned personnel across one or more client sites. Ensure all post orders are followed, patrols are completed, and required reports are submitted accurately and on time.Respond to incidents and emergencies, notifying appropriate authorities and client contacts as needed.Provide coaching, performance feedback, and disciplinary action in alignment with company policies; document all employee interactions appropriately.Train and onboard security staff, reviewing post orders, expectations, and site-specific procedures.Assist with payroll reporting and personnel documentation as required.Partner with management to ensure proper staffing coverage for all assigned posts and shifts.Conduct routine site inspections to verify compliance, performance standards, and operational effectiveness.Prepare and submit incident reports, activity logs, and other required documentation.Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and by ensuring service expectations are consistently met.Perform supervisory duties such as interviewing, hiring recommendations, scheduling, directing work, evaluating performance, resolving employee concerns, and addressing operational issues in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.Support site operations by performing Security Officer duties when necessary.Minimum QualificationsMust be at least 18 years of ageHigh School Diploma or GED (or willingness to complete GED within six months)Legal authorization to work in the United StatesAbility to speak, read, and write EnglishReliable transportation and reliable means of communicationWillingness to participate in pre-employment screening, including background check and drug screeningPreferred QualificationsEducation & Experience:High School Diploma or GED requiredMinimum of 2 years of related experience; retail, security, and supervisor experience requiredEquivalent combinations of education and experience will be consideredCORE COMPETENCIESStrong knowledge of security operations, including patrol, inspection, and incident responseWorking knowledge of supervisory practices and employee managementAbility to lead, motivate, and develop team membersStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules and multiple prioritiesProficiency in basic computer applications and report writingExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to engage professionally across diverse environmentsAbility to remain calm, professional, and effective in high-pressure or emergency situationsAdaptability to changing environments, procedures, and client needsWorking Conditions & Physical RequirementsAbility to maintain composure while interacting with clients, staff, authorities, and the public, including during high-pressure situationsMay encounter stressful conditions, including managing difficult individuals or emergenciesMust meet company standards for background screening, drug testing, and any required licensingFlexibility to work varying shifts, including overtime as neededAbility to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectivelyRegular use of computers and communication devicesPhysical requirements include standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods; climbing stairs; and navigating uneven terrainOccasional bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting (up to 25 pounds)Must have clear vision, hearing, and communication abilitiesMay require use of a vehicle for work dutiesMay work in varying weather conditions or environments requiring protective equipmentWill handle confidential and sensitive information with discretionEqual Opportunity EmployerSecuritas Security Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer and values diversity in the workplace.#BostonsouthSecuritas employees come from all walks of life, bringing with them a variety of distinctive skills and perspectives.
