Laborer/Operator

HK Solutions Group is seeking Laborers/Operators to work out of our Sioux Falls, SD location. Average employee with CDL (Commercial Driver License) will earn $80,000+ annually! (*including overtime and per diem) Average employee without CDL will earn $70,000+ annually! (*including overtime and per diem) Year-round work. No experience required. CDL (Commercial Driver License) is preferred but not required. Overtime available! Benefits offered Medical, Dental, Vision insurance Paid Time Off (13 days per year) Paid Holidays (8 days per year) Overtime pay daily after 8 hours Company paid PPE, boots and safety gear 401K w/ company match Short-Term and Long-Term Disability insurance Life Insurance Travel expenses paid by HK (Per Diem nightly) Job Functions Laborers travel to customer locations to perform manual labor using a variety of powerful industrial equipment including hydro-blasters, vacuum equipment and pipeline video inspection equipment Laborers work in diverse environments including confined spaces, sewers, pits, storage tanks and ducts Laborers establish and maintain a safe work site by following standards established by OSHA and HK Solutions Group Laborers assure equipment, appropriate tools, personal protective equipment and materials are available and used in accordance with standards established by OSHA and HK Solutions Group Requirements At least 18 years old Valid US Driver's License Good driving record (must be able to maintain insurability with HK insurance carrier) Must be able to pass pre-hire background check, drug screen and physical CDL (Commercial Driver License) is preferred, but not required Physical Requirements Working both indoors and outdoors, exposed to all weather conditions Regularly exposed to industrial environments involving equipment, elevated work areas, confined spaces, noise, dust, hazardous materials and odors Lift/move up to 75 pounds frequently, frequently performs tasks requiring climbing, crawling, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying and gripping HK Solutions Group is an equal opportunity employer.
