A company is looking for a Director of Sales, Account Executives to lead their new logo sales team with a focus on pipeline generation and coaching development.
Key Responsibilities
Execute new logo acquisition strategy and manage the Account Executive team to achieve pipeline generation and quota attainment
Drive accountability in funnel management and ensure high-quality lead qualification
Conduct coaching sessions and develop individualized performance improvement plans for team members
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a quota-carrying B2B SaaS seller and 3+ years leading Account Executives
Proven track record of improving funnel conversion and driving new logo growth
Experience in managing pipeline health and forecast rigor within Salesforce
Strong ability to identify performance gaps and develop talent through coaching
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards for team performance
