Project Manager (Transportation)

Horner & Shifrin is seeking a full-time Project Manager in our Transportation business unit. This position requires 10+ years of experience.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:Interact and communicate with clients, vendors, and staff of all levels.Maintain and develop strong client relationships.Lead a team to develop engineering plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E).Perform transportation engineering analyses and calculations.Lead general transportation engineering services for municipal, county, and state agencies.Assist in the preparation of reports and feasibility studies.POSITION REQUIREMENTS:Licensed Professional EngineerAbility to lead, manage and schedule staff to meet project needsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalCritical thinking and analysisProficient in the use of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word)Proficient in the use of MicroStation and InRoads/PowerGeoPa/OpenRoads Designer or AutoCAD Civil 3DMust possess a valid driver's licenseMust complete a background checkEDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor of Science in Civil EngineeringSALARY RANGE:Horner & Shifrin, Inc. offers a comprehensive total rewards package and is committed to fair, competitive, market-based compensation. The target salary range for this position is $95,000 to $145,000. Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, and geographic location.Why come work for us?
